Course about grips, focused on coaches but also for players interested in details to improve their technique. We'll introduce features related to history, tennis heritage, the names and its features, points of impacts, levels, tips, fundamentals and drills. This course has a presentation and 10 videos, apart from a survey to share data about handles sizes.
A permanent forum for contacts and doubts will be available, open to all participants during the first year of enrolment.

Two options are available: Paypal/Credit Card or Bank Transfer.
1) Paypal/Credit Card
- If you're already registered in this site from Proyecto Elis due to a previous course or activity, you just have to log in to this page having entered previously your user access data (access button, at the top and right of the screen). By doing so, at the end of this page the Paypal/Credit Card access button will be displayed ('Select payment type'). After your payment you can access the course with your user access data.
- If you're not registered yet on this site, you should do it by clicking the access button (at the top and right of the screen) and asking for an account via e-mail. After that, log in and come back to this page. By doing so, at the end of this page the Paypal/Credit Card access button will be displayed ('Select payment type'). - In both cases, we'll need you to send us your postal address and ID number to complete and send your invoice. Please, send us this info to info@proelis.net.
- 2) Bank Transfer
- Pay your enrolment fee via bank transfer with the following info:

- Concept of payment: your name and surname, and subject 'Grips Course Enrolment'

- SWIFT/BIC: CAIXESBBXXX
- b) Send us an e-mail with the payment receipt to info@proelis.net (remember to include your e-mail address -mandatory to registrate you in our site- particularly if you use the bank transfer communication system). We'll also need you to send us your postal address and ID number to complete and send your invoice. In return, we'll send you your access data to log in the course.
